Clarity Unlocked

Yes15 Community Guidelines

Yes15 was created to make connection feel human again. These Community Guidelines exist to protect that experience. By joining as a Founding Member, you agree to help keep Yes15 warm, respectful, and grounded in lived experience.

These guidelines are simple by design. They reflect how we want people to show up for one another, one fifteen-minute conversation at a time.

Show Up With Respect

Every member is a real person with real experiences.
Treat each conversation the way you’d want someone to treat you:

  • Listen with curiosity

  • Speak with kindness

  • Honor someone’s story even if it’s different from yours

  • Keep interruptions and monologues to a minimum

Respect is the baseline for everything here.

Keep Conversations Human, Not Professional

Yes15 is about peer support, not expert advice.

You can:

  • Share your story

  • Offer perspective

  • Reflect back what helped you

  • Talk honestly about what you lived through

You should not:

  • Provide therapy

  • Offer medical, legal, or financial advice

  • Position yourself as an authority

Our power comes from relatability, not expertise.

Protect Privacy — Yours and Theirs

What is shared in a Yes15 conversation stays in the conversation.

  • Do not record calls

  • Do not screenshot or share conversations

  • Do not repeat someone’s story without permission

You control what you share, and others deserve the same care.

Bring One Clear Ask

Fifteen minutes works because it’s focused.
When you reach out to someone, bring:

  • One question

  • One challenge

  • One moment you want clarity on

It doesn’t need to be perfect. It just needs to be honest.

Share Only What Feels Comfortable

You never have to share anything you’re not ready to talk about.

You get to choose:

  • What you disclose

  • What you hold back

  • What you keep private

Healthy boundaries make this community stronger.

No Selling, Soliciting, or Recruiting

Yes15 is a space for clarity and generosity.
Not pitching. Not prospecting. Not funnel-building.

Please avoid:

  • Sales outreach

  • Coaching offers

  • Business pitches

  • Recruiting or job solicitation

This keeps the ecosystem safe from pressure and hidden agendas.

Assume Good Intent

Everyone here is learning how to show up.
If something feels off or unclear, always assume the other person meant well.

Give people grace.
Give people space.
Give people the benefit of the doubt.

Keep It Simple and Keep It Human

Yes15 is still growing. Things may feel simple at first.
Your presence helps shape what this becomes.

The spirit of this community is grounded in three things:

  • Peer wisdom

  • Reciprocity

  • Rehumanizing connection

Every conversation is a chance to practice these values.

If Something Feels Wrong, Tell Us

If you experience something concerning or uncomfortable, let us know at support@yes15.co.

You’re not reporting someone.
You’re helping us keep this community safe.

Be the Reason This Works

Yes15 only works because people like you choose to show up with honesty, generosity, and care.

Your lived experience is someone else’s clarity.
Your presence makes this community possible.
